Can I upgrade or change my plan anytime?

Absolutely. Upgrading or changing your plan is easy. Just click on the “Billing” tab in your dashboard and you’ll see your options.

What type of payments do you accept?

We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. We only accept payments online and do not accept checks or money orders at this time.

Is there support to help set up my store?

Yes, absolutely. You can contact our in-house team during business hours or get immediate answers to your questions through our dedicated online support site.

Does Retailr take a percentage of my sales?

No way. Other e-commerce solutions think it’s ok to take a percentage of your hard earned sales. Not at Retailr. Your sales are your money. Period. It’s that simple.

Are there any commitments or contracts to sign?

Nope. Retailr is a pay-as-you-go service. There are no long term contracts or commitments. Simply pay month-to-month. Once on a paid-plan, we'll email you a receipt when your credit card is charged. If you decide to cancel, you’ll be billed for the current month, but you won’t be billed again.
